PASE Sales Loyalty

How did your December Sales Loyalty number end up?
For the first time in PASE history we missed the sales loyalty number - 84.58%. Missed by .42% (.0042).
Does anyone know if there will be any adjustment to this number?

93.55% We haven't been below 90% since I've been here... You sell a lot of flushes and non GM parts on cash and internal RO's???

We do offer various flushing services but don't sell much of it at all.
Since the strike our sales loyalty for the last 4 months = 90.02 - 89.74 - 86.93 - 84.58
Being a small dealer and not being able to get certain parts over and over is very frustrating - headlamps for one are killing us.

It is very frustrating we are required to buy and sell only the parts we aquire from GM but they can't get us the parts! I have been lucky if I break even but in some cases I lose money and percentage points because I am waiting on one major part to finish the job. I am forced after weeks or months of waiting to buy that last part from a wholesale dealer near me for more money. I try and cancel the part from GM but it still shows up. I now have a part that I might not use ever again, I lost money on and my Pase rewards because this has happened too many times to count these last couple months. The shop wants to mix paint once and spray everything at the same time. Missing one bumper cover delays the job. My customers, my internal body shop as well as another body shop that are great customers of mine because we offer the Conquest program are going to continue to suffer because my owner won't stand for me to not hit my Pase numbers this month. Which is understandable considering we have hit our goals since the program started... It's a bunch of bullshit.

Purchase Loyalty and sales loyalty are not related. As long as you are selling it as a GM part number you should be ok for sales loyalty..... Purchase loyalty, as long as you hit your objective once since June you should be ok. Not sure what to tell you about sales loyalty other then to make sure you are selling everything you can under the GM part numbers.

Struggling with parts loyalty? I have the solution for you CDK managers!
Once setup, your parts department can bill non-factory parts onto repair orders without negatively impacting the loyalty program.
No tally sheets, manual inventory adjustments or maintenance.
Track part sales the same as all other parts.
No complicated billing procedures. Bill parts the same as you do today.
Set stocking levels, phase-in, phase-out, DOS criteria for non-factory stock parts.
