Can you please get it together? We are loosing money every day because of the time it takes you to process and ship off a order. Do what most are doing. Fulfill the new orders like before the strike and worry about backorders from months ago after the current order is fulfilled. Most of us have found a solution to the part that's been on order since September.

They.. Don't.. Care.. About you or any other dealer parts department. And that's just not Ypsilanti, that's every PDC in the country.
