What are we missing / short?

Recently getting delivery receipts from delivery driver - unattended delivery - with PDC number and shipment number but no freight piece delivered.

We do not have packing slip, either electronic or driver delivered.

How do we tell what is missing / supposed to have been delivered?

Looking through backorders we cannot figure any of these out. SPAC says we need part number and / or control number for them to assist - if we had that we wouldn't need their help. Cannot find anything in parts workbench that will tell us what we are missing?

The best way I found was to go to EPIC. Then the click on the invoice query, you can put the shipment number in one of the fields and then search by date range. I can usually find most of them there. Just more work for us to do. When will the madness stop????

Exactly.

Be sure and file all those unattended delivery notifications so our "business partner" doesn't screw you out of your credit for the shortage.

I took a few hours last Friday to clear out all of my old RIM orders that I was not invoiced for from my DMS from September - November.
It actually worked; I got a huge RIM order today with all of the stuff I was waiting to get replenished for from the strike.

RIM did message months ago telling us to clear out specific orders from our system which I did but I literally had at least a dozen orders that I was never invoiced for and were never shipped just sitting in my DMS and they were never gonna go anywhere.

Now I have an up to date invoiced not received folder with stuff I have been billed for but didn't get yet but it was a very tedious task and I am a smaller dealer.

I can't even imagine what the wholesale dealers are doing/how many hours they have to spend to get there orders up to date.
