They had a few on a Facebook group where 1 tech in particular was ripping the strikers non stop. They started a campaign to get him fired and were sending him threatening messages. It got to the point where he was pulled off the line and basically hidden from everyone because they were worried about him. The muckity mucks of the union basically denied it all but the management of the dealer (a well known dealer from a race car family) had to hide this guy because of the calls their dealer was getting and the bad reviews on social media they were receiving...

The UAW workers put my business in a very difficult spot. We had some pretty annoyed customers, both in our shop and wholesale, because we were unable to supply parts in a timely AND cost effective manor. So while I am not bashing the workers for wanting some time off, they just need to see our side of the strike and the harm that they caused. I can tell you I've heard from more than 1 customer saying they will never buy another GM product. OH and UAW workers, if your trolling these posts YOU ALREADY HAD 40 DAYS OFF DURING THE DAMN STRIKE!!!! GET BACK TO WORK AND GET ME MY FREAKING PARTS!!!

Vent done!

It has been a little noise around here for a few weeks. Insider at GM says September it's coming. I think he may want to sell more parts for the quarter.
Being browbeat for over 35 years now... First 13 years GM, then 20 years Chrysler... NOW BACK TO GM!! :|

I see our local PDC is on strike. I've gotten no updates from the PDC management so I don't know if we will be getting any parts Monday or not. Anyone else getting any updates on if parts will be delivered?
