Just found a bunch of issues with Purchase Loyalty this month. They whacked us for moving a part on a repair order to another line. They hit us for writing a credit for a part for a customer. Also hit us for a voided invoice. More than we can count. I already put in for one adjustment which was approved but it seems to be ongoing. Does it ever end ?????
