GM TRAINING

I just took a GM training session on line. I have to ask this. How many of you ask your customers, who need brakes, how many miles do they drive? Then give them a choice based upon that answer? Also, how many of you know what a transmission needs when it "blows up"?

Like the parts guy was going to go in the back and make a special compound of brakes for that particular customer based on her city and highway driving pattern.

That training shows how much the idiots in charge at GM don't understand what goes on at a dealership.
