Has anybody filed a claim on a complete short on one? If so how? Contact your Quality control at your PDC?

Wow, never had that before. Whenever I've had something unusual like that, I call the PDC dealer liaison (mine is PDC 34), they have always been very helpful
with situations like that.

Sent him an email on 01/13/20. He was on vacation and returned to work today. Known him way back to the Jacksonville days . Pete Graesslin responded to me on 1/18. Nothing today.
