Has anybody filed a claim on a complete short on one? If so how? Contact your Quality control at your PDC?

Wow, never had that before. Whenever I've had something unusual like that, I call the PDC dealer liaison (mine is PDC 34), they have always been very helpful
with situations like that.

Sent an email. No response. One of the quality control guys is on vacation. So I guess he is overwhelmed. PDC 39

Sent him an email on 01/13/20. He was on vacation and returned to work today. Known him way back to the Jacksonville days :D. Pete Graesslin responded to me on 1/18. Nothing today.
