Warranty radiators & oil cooler lines

What are we to do with all of these warranty radiator cores, and oil cooler lines. These things are such a mess and we are pretty much out of places to stuff them. The radiators are down the rows of bins with antifreeze seeping out of the boxes, (major hazard). The oil cooler lines we are putting in 55 gallon barrels and letting them drain into the barrels, now you have a mess trying to go through those to find the ones that are paid.

I wish on specific items that GM knows that they have major problems with, that we could just scrap them right away, or sign an affidavit or warranty waiver form and be able to dispose of them when they are removed for the vehicle.

Maybe the service department could take photos of the parts being removed and destroyed then the photos could be summited with the warranty claim.

That would make sense and then GM couldn't debit you.

Never going to happen.

We do them so much that I rarely hold onto them. If one RO needs it, then we just pull the one we have sitting around. I doubt they'll ever ask for them back since they're soo common

I did work at a Chrysler dealer that keep every fuse and bulb if they were replaced under warranty. Where do you draw the line?

I actually have had GM request for bulbs and fuses back. I also had them request for a diff fluid.... that didn't happen. We topped one off with about 1/2 qt.
