Same here, no Global. I think they are working feverishly on it.

Yesterday and today had same issue, had to switch to chrome to get it to work. Working fine now. GM is laser focused on reboxing , not improving how they operate. Did you see the message, "GM CCA launches all new branding and packaging" They say this,"GM Customer Care and Aftersales is gearing up to launch an enhanced brand strategy for GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco! This initiative will include all-new packaging, enhanced brand security features and much more, with significant opportunity to grow your parts business" ……… Don't know about you but cannot wait to learn how changing the box and logo is going to grow parts sales.

What a horrible 12 months it has been to be a parts manager. Does anything in GM work anymore............ Global connect, how does this website fail so much? It's not like all of a sudden they went viral and the servers overloaded, they are not selling Led Zepplin tickets to their final show ever. We all do the exact same shit on here every day and still this website crashes non stop.

Makes me wish i worked for a completely different manufacturer, time to get out of the GM business.

sigh :( :(

oh ya one last edit..
F*** the unions. Pieces of crap. We are open for the essential workers (I am glad to be working) but now waiting 30 days for parts out of 76. I told my guys that if the part is coming out of 76/87 we are screwed.

Beyond frustrated Parts manager of 6 years now and way to young to retire.

well according to dealer disconnect I do not exist anymore :D I did this morning as long as I logged in with Firefox but it timed me out and now I am no longer a gm employee. :o :D

Some day GM might get am IT department that can keep a web site running and be able to get parts to the dealers in a timely manner. (please note this is sarcasm)
