Anyone out there done the same? We have been on Reynolds for 25 years. We are now switching to DealerTrack for cost reasons.
any pros and cons?

OilleakEarl wrote:We switched from Reynolds to Dealer track last December so it’s been a year. The crew who came in to train us was the most incompetent bunch of idiots I’ve ever had to deal with. We were told later that they were all fired. Anyway, the “parts deposit” feature is a nightmare from hell, so much so, we scrapped the procedure all together. We noticed that our gross profit took a nose dive right after installation. I made an excel chart comparing Reynolds to Dealer Track and it was painfully obvious something is wrong. After a year on this system we did our annual physical inventory and it was FUBAR. We now have our auditor looking into this debacle and Dealer track reps are coming back to see what’s wrong. I really think two things occurred 1. We weren’t properly trained, and 2. They have something set up wrong in accounting. It lacks the intuitiveness of Reynolds and you cannot set up function keys. Drinking heavily might help.
