Be very careful,i've had the WPC twice try to pull a fast one.Just a word of advise,make sure who ever is handling these parts returns that they are attaching the paper work to the part,or it will get lossed,and if you have the chance get the tracking number and find out who signed for it at the WPC this might just save you alot of agg. www.UPS.com

Sorry,no i work for a GM store in NJ,but it's funny to hear that other manf.have the same problems . LOL

I have frequent conversations with a local GM parts mgr, (I'm Ford) and if I didn't know any better I would think that we are representing the same Auto Manufacturer.

hey lee,i just met a parts manager who used to be at a Ford fran.,but now works at a GM store and it was said that GM was thought to be the more user friendly.with vin systems we have in place and key codes ect,But you know what impressed me the most was that this person was a women.we don't see to many in our business,but i think we're going to see that change in the future.
