Does anyone know what PRO19 is? Got a credit on our statement for $500. Know one at GM has been able to help.

Why am I thinking there was a incentive for purchase/participation back in the fall, during or pre-strike, for which dealers would be reimbursed in Q1?? (Still digging through old notes)

We figured it out. It was reimbursement for purchase of new fax/copier for service with IMR funds.
