I am not MOPAR, but check out NAPA part number 770-9346. These types are tough to find.

take a look at the Mopar electrical connector repair site. they have a repair parts link that has a listing for zip tie part numbers and other oddities.

Only other thing I can think of would be to call specifier. The right one could break the kit down.

Time to have a discussion with the tech or reassign the job.
