Definitely taking time to figure out the steps we need to take. Challenging to say the least.

Definitely struggles, my asst. is ready to throw in the towel. Seem to be a lot of extra steps for no good reason. But it is what it is and we need to move on with it.

Week 4 coming to a close, still struggling. Sure wish I would have retired and avoided this changeover. Stress isn't good for an old guy. Have a great weekend!!!

Did the asst. survive to week 4? Switching DMSs always sucks. Always. After you get your head around it, it subsides, and be comforted by the fact that for the first year or so, quirks come up less and less often. Every dealer I have had the pleasure of working for, has made a switch from ADP or Reynolds to something else. This last time (we switched a year ago), we took bets on which manager would lose their shit first. The favorite by far: the parts manager. Type "A" with a superiority complex to match and *BOOM*, someone made a quick $20. As I digress, I also sympathize with you. Try your best to take your own advice and have a great weekend!!!

I feel for all of you that have made the switch. We switched to Tekion last month and were on it for only 3 days and switched back! We had to recreate everything we did in Tekion to our previous DMS. Talk about an absolute nightmare.

We have been on it since November of 2019. Happy to answer any questions. Lots of growing pains, but there always are with any DMS change.
