Gonna say no the form# i have is WPC 0006 and that brings back no results in the search

They are not making them anymore since the policy changed for warranty parts retention.
You only need to write the repair order and date on the part returned now. No need for tags anymore.

As previously stated, they are no longer needed.
I just ordered a few boxes of cheap tags from Staples to make it easier to label unboxed/greasy parts.

Do you have a bulletin # on the change in warranty retention all i have heard is rumors nothing concrete
