PASE Purchase Loyalty

FYI - There is a problem with the purchase loyalty calculation. I was advised they are aware of it and working on it.

This is at the part number level. Take a look at your loyalty report. If you believe you may have an issue, you may want to let them know.

Thanks for this. Ours seems unusually low, even with the COVID problems. I'll see what they say.

PASE's response to me:

There is an issue that it being reviewed regarding RIM order 132. IT is looking over the concern however no ETA has been provided regarding a fix. If you have any non-RIM order quantities reflecting on your RIM Purchase loyalty report relating to R132 please be advised that the same day adjuster has been made aware of the issue and is working diligently to get it corrected.

We have multiple examples that are NOT related to any specific RIM order. They have been told of each part number - many of which are oil filters, purchased on RIM orders and sold on ROs.

We have one example of a diesel fuel filter assembly, ordered CSO - SOLD OVER THE COUNTER - counting against our loyalty. RIM has never managed this part for us and we hadn't sold it in months (if ever). Customer needed, we ordered from GM and sold it OTC. It then appeared on the disloyal listing. No explanation.

Several other lower cost items on the listing none of which should be there. Been told it is a "timing" issue.
