Just curious at your dealerships what does your warranty admin do? Do they file the repair orders, do they scrap the parts, do they send the parts back to the WPC when asked for? Thanks in advance.

The one we use only submits the RO's, gets the submissions paid and gives us the paperwork for scrap/WPC after they are clear.

Does that individual file the warranty repair orders or does someone from parts do this?

We give them to the cashier to be scanned and then the office files them.
