What F#$%ing genius at GM is messing with the Delco battery numbers? REALLY………….lets change all the numbers again. It wasn’t that long ago it was 78PG and then 78VPG and then 78VPGHR. Now its 78VGHR140. WTF……..How about 47PS and 47PG. Now its 47G110 and 47G115. Make some god damn sense GM. Try making it easier for us in parts!!!! I would like to say FUCKEM and restock with Interstate or something but the big boy won’t let me do that. Lets make it simple………. We will have the 8 digit GM part number and you can use the shortcut 9 digit Delco number. What bunch of shit created by someone who never sold a battery in their friggin life. Brilliant

It is annoying for sure. According to my battery delivery driver the new #'s are for the RC (Reserve Capacity) which is the new rage for batteries now since they are all dying on the lot

I was told by our battery guy that the numbers at the end of the part#'s now (65GHR160) is the amount of batteries that are put on the pallet before they are shipped to the WD's. Don't know if that is right or not but it sure wouldn't surprise me.

How about your local Menards store selling the exact same Advantage battery to the general public....

Well wait... their Advantage battery has a 36 month free replacement warranty.

My Advantage battery only has an 18 month free replacement warranty.

What's up with that crap?
