SPAC don't care

Have a problem with an overnight order coming out of Canada ordered Monday. I know it has to go thru customs, but as of Tuesday the part was in NY. Today it has made it to Memphis and is scheduled for delivery Monday. I called SPAC to complain and the service rep. could only mouth the canned responses. "Shipments from Canada have to go thru customs."... It arrived in NY on Tuesday.... "Shipments from Canada don't follow the usual travel route."... You meant it will not go from Memphis to Greensboro to Wilmington to us?...I can only tell you FEDEX is scheduled to deliver Monday....I knew that before I called.

I have concluded one of two things.
1. They are no better than customer service.
2. That they hire more incompetent people than they hire.
There is a third option which is all the above.

I have pretty much given up talking to them.
Spac case is the only reason I do talk with them, then it is after I do their job for them.

Plus, I always wonder what part of India the SPAC agent I talk to is located in.
