Collision Link - Reimbursement

We were approached by our COO asking the following question:
When we submit for Collision Link reimbursement how are our Parts Managers keeping track, are they still doing old school by printing a copy of submission, holding until statement available and then reconciling (honor system) or are they setting up an account and tracking via the schedules?
So my question is: What is everyone doing as far as this goes?
Any responses would greatly be appreciated
