Welcome Rick,

This forum will be an valuable resource for you, there is hundreds of years of combined knowledge here from over the years. I always look at this when I run into something that I don't have an answer for and many times to just remember that
many other folks are experiencing the same issues that I am. Feel free to ask questions because I always say there is no such thing as a dumb question. We don't know what we don't know.

I agree GM is the worst... since 1981... just waiting for retirement. This job took a lot out of me and still is taking a lot out of me.

:D Welcome Rick!! Though I am no GM expert, there are so many great contacts here! If your store is a CDK store, I happen to know it as well as anyone, and I work with 7 GM stores, and can help or connect you with other great resources as well. Good Luck!
