This is a reversal of "pre-credit adjustment" on my GM invoice. Is this for a mistake corrected or is this when you have a core that isn't in proper shape to be returned or possibly not drained?

New BS process. You are getting pre-credited for your core return; then debited when they dig it out of the truck then another "true" credit for the reversal

We had that issue, they credited us for the cores in April, then May they debited them back. Haven't received credit this month yet. It is only $2,500.00 pocket change right. LOL That Great GM Feeling!!!!!!
