Reynolds IO transaction

Does anyone know if using transaction code IO in R&R records demand? For some reason I thought that it did not and you had to post a lost sale to record the demand. Particularly wondering if it is recorded when you do a "Sell Only" on a non stock part. Thanks in advance for your help.

As far as I can tell, yes. It still records and shows the sale in the "history", therefore I am thinking it is still using the hit as demand. The only way I am aware of to keep from recording the hit is to sell it using "U" (unusual) sale.

Thanks, I am technically a Cadillac dealer, but do a lot of Chevies. I really want to try to stock some of the common stuff, instead of always buying it from the Chevy dealer down the street.
