ME: Well it is June! But 1 was OKd for an aftermarket installed condenser; however, the customer will not sign off on the no warranty paperwork. He wants an OE for his work truck.
REP: It's a work truck? Just email your GM parts Rep explaining everything you just told me & I will run it up to GM corporate & one "should" release to you.
ME: OK! great. (& I did)

1 hour later:
REP CALLS: Yeah, I tried, there is nothing I can do.
