When does RIM pull from your inventory? I have several parts that have a RIM stocking level of 1 when we sell quite a bit. When I left work yesterday, I purposely moved my count to zero thinking RIM would create an order, but it doesn't.

Anyone know?

Should be pulled thru the overnight. Maybe the order created but didn't show in your DMS. Check the MFR STS code to make sure it is an 02. Anything else and its not getting ordered.

You may have an old part # in stock OR you have 1 on a CSO order

I just pulled my RIM return. ON the whole return there was only one part that was ordered more than 15 months ago. You would think GM would start taking the parts that should have been returned in March first. But that would make sense and we are talking about GM.

I spoke to RIM yesterday about this. My next return will be July 1st. Haven't been able to do one since March 1st. Before that it was 9 months before one was done here because the managers before me did not do them. This place was a disaster when I took over.

Just did mine as well, but all of the parts that I pulled were the oldest in my inventory.

What is the RIM Strata code on the part? It may be on the down slope, overall, and RIM has deemed it unnecessary for you. Similar to the logic used when the mandate stupid s_it for you to stock!
