WERE YOU TRYING TO RETURN YOUR CSO BEFORE YOU WERE BILLED?
I WAIT 10- 11 MONTHS TO RETURN MY CSO . MIGHT SELL IT YOU NEVER KNOW. YOU HAVE 12 MONTHS TO DO SO.

Not all parts are eligible for CSO return. If you go to EPIC and run part availability for both of those numbers, you will see that they are eligible for monthly reserve returns, but not CSO.
Look on the right side of the search results.

That, much like every other resource GM gives us, is highly inaccurate. I just completed a CSO return of nine parts...only two of which were showing as eligible for CSO return. The whole return was accepted.

I entered both numbers in the 'part availability' screen and both showed they were returnable on 'monthly returns' , but they both had an 'N' in CSO return indicator.
They are on the right side of the screen.
I cannot attest to the accuracy of the return indicator. I just presume that when there is an 'N' there that the return app will reject.
I don't do too many CSO returns, but use that as a starting point.
There's really only one way to find out, just try.

On Workbench, on the right side is EPIC. Go there. There is a ‘Part Availability’ link, similar to the ‘Search Part Info’ link on Workbench. When you input there, the resulting output shows a return indicator on the right side.
