Sold a part thats on my RIM return.

On July 1st I approved my RIM return. In the process of waiting for paperwork from GM to send everything back. I continued as usual. Apparently one of the parts on my field scrap list was sold. What do I do. Do I just move on or do I contact someone.

If you haven’t faxed or emailed the final paperwork, you can just put a line over the return qty and enter ‘none’ or ‘zero’ next to the qty before you transmit back to GM.

Move on and pretend you didn't see anything. Unless you post about it on some kind of public forum you could claim it slipped through the cracks.
