Once again, I guess they should think about farming out the IT and Purchasing Departments to Amazon. They seem to have their system down pat. Gotta Love that Great GM Feeling.

What a joke………. Can’t send CSO order, PDC won’t answer phone, they changed my cutoff times a while back and I only get one now and up against it now, Global help desk…. Well lets just say not a lot of help to be had. All one can ask for is just one day that you don’t have to say f#%@in GM………. :lol: :lol:

If they can't have this website 99.9% uptime between the hours of 8am-8pm EST then something is seriously wrong.

I still cannot send submit shortage exceptions....just spin. Was told to send a screenshot after they couldn't fix the issue.
