Amen, I took the ones off EPIC, but hate the format they come out. But I wasn't waiting for them to get the stuff fixed;

Funny, I prefer the EPIC format. I've used that one longer so I'm more familiar with it. Guess it's just a preference, my office manager prefers the EPIC format as well.

I tried to print in the EPIC form, but all I can get to print is the page displayed. Can anyone help me print all of my pages, I'm sure that I am doing something incorrect?

I did call into Parts Workbench this morning, and was told that they are working on this issue and to try printing my invoices around the end of the day. :(

Haven't been able to pull invoices for 2 days now. Called Parts Workbench Support. I was told this was an issue known about by GM and they are working on a solution. GRRRRRRRRRRR !!!

I haven't had any problems using EPIC to pull my invoices.. Wonder why some of you are having problems?

I can't even access EPIC at the moment! Seems as if different sections of Global have been flaking out over the last couple weeks. Maybe they have bugs again?

Go to Epic, click on invoices, enter the date and click on search at the bottom. When the list comes up, use " View details ad PDF" , then print.
