We recently received our monthly invoice for $75 for telephone from GM. Years ago I was told that this was for the old toll free # for GM SPAC & Partech. Our controller asked me today what the charge was for and I told her what it used to be for, and she asked me to check into the charges. So I called invoicing to question the $75 charge. I was read a script of what it is now for, and was told that it is to pay for maintaining and updating Global Connects Parts Workbench. I replied well they better do a complete overhaul on this piece of shit because it is down all of the time and is so outdated. The guy on the other end of the line snickered and then broke out into a full laugh, and said I know what you mean.

I am pretty sure that screen comes up when you have used an out-dated link or short cut.

Clear your cookies and start with the plain old autopartners web address and it should work just fine.

- gt had to refresh his shortcuts a few months back
