We lost our warranty admin so I have the duty of returning warranty parts back to GM. When you go to Generate Mass Shipping label, it redirects you to a UPS login page. It's asking for a company Alias. I know this is a shot in the dark, but is this alias have something to do with GM since our regular UPS login just needs the login and password? Not sure who I even call to reset this as I am not sure if this was set up through GM Global or UPS itself.
