MISSING RIM ORDERS

Has anyone received their Rim order but it not be in their DMS?

Not lately, but I think if you call RIM they will resend to your DMS

actually had 1 today, but then about 2 hours after manually posting in it showed up in CDK.

We had the same thing happen.

How do you clear that order out of cdk without receipting it all again?

I got 2 R253. 1 on the 9th and 10th same parts.

R268 and R269...NOTHING RIM can't tell me when this will me fixed. So we have to manually receipt every part. Going back to the 80"s
CDK users.
