Returning Takata Airbags XPO

I have been trying for a couple of weeks to call the # on the instruction label and have left about 5 messages with no reply.

I have a pallet of airbags ready to be picked up and cannot get in touch with anybody.

Have you had the same issue or have a different contact method?

I have been calling 1-877-523-9118

As far as I understand it, They are working from home. Honda has had us emailing for p-up, BOL comes like a week later

Reference the following information when requesting a pickup via e-mail or voicemail:

Dealer ID #

Full Dealer Name

Dealer E-mail address

Detail (# of pallets/weights/dimensions) of the pickup request

Any special requirements (hours of operation/gate instructions/etc.)

Phone number is down since Covid started. They are all working from home.

They will email you a spreadsheet to fill out so they can schedule the pick up.
