Effective Chrysler ARO System

I am asking if any chrysler PM's have an effective system of what they perform daily for ARO?
If numbers are required here are the following
Total Inv: 270K
Mopar Gurantee: 85K
% of mopar gurantee: 32%
Part Numbers: 748
Just looking for help in the area's of what are some of your requirements for you to approve, exclude for 10 wks, 52 wks, remove from ARO, etc?
