Holy shit if I get asked 1 more time about LPO parts, floor liners, running boards, wheels....etc. and all of the other shit that GM has on LPO constraint I may just end up in jail.
And then the dumb asses want to give $1000 in accessories with every vehicle sold, and they can't even fill the orders that they have!
Geniuses I say FN Geniuses, for F sakes!!!

Luckily. I dont have to sweat the LPOs. However, I get stuck with the Loyalty Rewards voucher bullsh!t. I don't have time to navigate a shitty app for the customer. I havent a clue what 10000 points will get u. Why cant GM have a rewards program like Walgreens or PetSmart? "Sir, whats your phone number? OK you have 10.00 credit towards your purchase...thank u" Not Gm...goto this website and hope globalconnect isnt taking a shit, click this, click that, print this, print that, put approval on invoice, and voila!! All this legwork for spare change in profit. Less than 5% of our loyalty customers actually spend any of their money and go over the voucher value. lol

currently we do not participate in the Loyalty rewards program, so we do not have that bs to deal with as of now.
We just piss off customers that can not use their points with us.

The whole LPO Leave parts out is joke!!!!!!!!!!! GM also has program that pays salesman to add this junk on new trucks and cars and parts is stuck messing with it and make NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!
Called earn power point or grease salesman pockets .Sale man order truck and cars with lpos. That people don't want and parts get nothing for taking of all that junk when come in and we loose accessories sales after truck is sold. Also parts need to say no and we need to hear people bitch at us that don't want that junk and bought new truck and should take if one trade or refund them.

Could be worse not only do I get to handle and store all the LPO's in parts should something come up missing I also get to eat the expense of the missing LPO. Oh and we did almost $100k in LPO's the other month
