E=mail doesn't work. I.T. called Snap On and was told it should be fixed next update.

yes email does not work. many of my outside
accounts rely on viewing before ordering.
we are any a rural area = 40 miles bad road to get
here for catalog lookup.
snapon says will be fixed in march!!!!

I have had luck cutting & pasting illustrations to my own email to send to customers. On your keyboard, select the "PrtScn" (print screen) button, then open your e-mail to compose, right click on the mouse to show "Paste" option, select it, then send the email. Be sure you have only the window open that you want to send, because it captures your entire desktop view!

Been trying to get the Global EPC to work for a few days, off and on since I installed the last update on my pc's. Keep getting an error message and it won't load.
