I believe the labor times are pulled from the EPC. There is an override function in the ADS website to change labor times so you can change them. Are the labor times different in your labor time guide compared to the ADS page? Whomever sets up the ADS page plugs in the labor dollars, and hopefully updates it accordingly. When ADS first came out, we let our sales people make the orders but NOT send them to the ADI. They would be in "limbo" until a parts person double-checked them for accuracy against the VIN and verified any issues before placing the order through the ADI's page. Since the ADS page no longer has the fancy spinning vehicle that a customer can see accessories added to, the sales people do not even use it. We have been lucky so far, all returns have gone pretty smooth, unless my boss is involved (eyeroll, heavy sigh)
