EPIC down...AGAIN

Anybody else have their EPIC go down 1,2,3,4+ times a day the past few weeks?

yes: off & on for at least a week. Along with various other apps in GlobalConnect. It usually occurs when you need it most!

I prefer EPIC but at least Parts workbench still works. Most functions of EPIC can be done there too.

I have been lucky these last few days and have been able to get in when I need to. Because If I had not, I bee throwing a fit to anyone and everyone up the chain. I have not received any packing slips from my PDC.
Since we our warehouse went from DLI to Day and Ross, I have issues.
