A long time ago in a Galaxy far far away I ordered an 84962251 Clamp Kit. Put in a SPAC case and waited over a month with nothing happening. I started calling around and found a dealer who would send me one. FANTASTIC….. I called SPAC and told them I found a dealer who would ship it (still not sure why we have to call around and do GM’s work…I’ll leave that for the sequel). Numerous phone calls to dealer because they didn’t ship it for over a week. SIGH when it finally came in we called customer to schedule and we go to install and it’s missing parts in box. FANTASTIC!!! We reorder and put in another SPAC case. Order cancels because duplicate order using same VIN. SIGH, FUDGE DARN FANTASTIC. Called SPAC and asked for help and I assumed she could override and put in a manual SPRINT. WRONG After 30 mins on hold she told me to call PARTECH and get another VIN from them to use. You have got to be shitting me………. ahh F it

Maybe I should call Partech and ask where my calendar order is?

I bet they would care if we did not pay them till we/they have tracking that we received the part.
I bet we would get the manager, asst manager and all the people that touched that part calling us to check nd make sure we received it.

someone got me started
I ordered a part on Tuesday. went on backorder. put a spac case on it 5 minutes later. saw a ENGINEERING note saying the part I ordered might be wrong.
verified it was WRONG. tried to cancel. Friday 3 days later at 5 minutes before we close( I left by then) I get a voice mail that they could not cancel.
Why ?
this was not verified by anyone I just know a lot.
when we place a order from GM and there warehouses we are actually making the manager of the warehouse a sale(money) .
I called CAC everyday and they tried to contact PDC 33 (Fontana CA) everytime I called without a answer. I called them everyday because on the backorder report it never showed cancel.
By the way it is 4 working days since I ordered it. Don't you think I should have received it Friday or at least had any tracking info by FRIDAY???????????????????????

I have been out since the 28 of October to take of my wife after her surgery. One of the guys ordered a alternator friday, service lane. I checked on it and no ship information. Since I was trying to do a number of things, so I used chat. Now there were 18 shown at the DCS. I was told that the part is on backorder. No answerback, nothing to tell anyone that this was the case. They opened a spac case and here I sit, wishing I could go back home and never comeback. I would rather wait on my wife and take care of her, than deal with stupid shit like this!
