Do I order from GM or ESC (electronic service centers)?

I order from esc, make sure you tell them it is a theft because the price will be different. (no core to return)

Had this situation happen a few months ago. Local tow lot gained possession of a 2018 Camaro. The car had been stolen and radio was missing. Called Technicar, gave them the VIN and told them what the deal was. They sent a new one no issues
