regarding GCUS-9-100432: I cannot say I will pass these rebates out like candy. I will offer them to customers who purchase here, but otherwise, not spreading the word for rebates a customer can use at Wal-Mart and "Wherever GM Genuine Parts or ACDelco parts are sold"! (insert incredibly wide eye roll here)

Things like this continue to occur. Yet GM still claims they are concerned of dealership profitability and viability.

How is it worth it to offer a rebate of $1.50 anyway. imagine the cost to process this for a customer. SMH
