Boxes covered in bird poop and feathers.

Yesterday when I got my morning delivery. There were 2 boxes that came from my PDC. I had sent these 2 parts back as part of my RIM return for November. The paperwork says thy are unreturnable because the boxes are covered in bird poop and feathers. You can actually see the feathers sticking out of a hole in one of the boxes. I guarantee these parts did not leave my dealership looking like that.

We had Lanter delivery service, years ago, and one never knew how things may travel to and from a PDC where they were involved. Worth a call to your Liason over it, though!

Got credit issued today from GM an was told to scrap the parts. When I sent in pictures. The person responded. " Oh yeah I remember seeing those boxes" good grief!
