RIM PURCHASE LOYALTY REPORT MATH

Hello im new to the parts manager GM world. I'm trying to get the calculations for the RIM PURCHASE LOYALTY REPORT so i can send it in to get some of my loyalty corrected. Is there anyone that can help or send me a how to. Thanks in advance for all the help!
