Sprint Issue

FYI-- I'm the Sprinting Dealer on a case, normally labels are emailed to me. I answered this case yesterday, 2:15 pm local time. It's now 9:00 am, and I still haven't seen a label. Did the online chat yesterday at 3:25, and was told (by Brandy) "You will receive labels within 2-4 hours." Got in this morning, still no label, so did another chat. This time Ivy said "Sorry about that Scott, it is actually a current issue in LoopOne. Let me request a label for you. I just need your email, weight and dimensions of part." So, if you're waiting on a Sprint part....

Another reason i don't mess with sprints unless it's something i really want to get rid of tons of grief for little profit

Fan-freakin'-tastic! I'm waiting on a label for a case that I answered about an hour ago. Usually I have the label in my email within 10 minutes...this would explain why I still don't have it.

As a partial follow up, she said I'd have it in my email in 2-4 hours. 2 hours now, still nothing.

I'm thinking that I should just "stop sale" on the SPAC case now...lol

I had to do that last week after 3 calls to SPAC

So of course they fix the issue and a label shows up 20 minutes after I cancel the sale. Thanks, GM!

You can check gm dot loopone dot com. Your label should be there.

Under normal circumstances, yes. I checked several different times and it wasn't.

Label is there; however, received an error message when opening it: ACROBAT READER ERROR
