This how mine is set.

According to snap on the automatic update may not work. I’ve been doing mine manually

Denise, I 've been manually running the updates at night right when i leave. I've been staying up to date by doing that. Updates are put out every Wednesday.[/quote]

Our 3 will not communicate at all. They have never updated since 149 days ago when the new update was installed. "Update failed for one or more datasets........" is the error message when we try to manually update.

My catalog has been stuck at Uploading process log since March 9. I've been using the Global one too, it just sucks when it loses connection for no reason. Hopefully they don't push the update back any further.

Fingers crossed, this update installed last night functions properly. This morning is shows 36 days out of date and will not communicate again.

Denise once you do the update (disc or mem stick) you will need to run the Qlink update. Upper right hand corner, under MANAGE drop down menu, click manage updates. Make sure everything is checked off so it i will run automatically after hours. Or you can choose to run now to get it up to date. Will take a few hours and be slow if you do.

Thank you, however that is all check marked and set. The cat shows "Updates Available" but I get the same error message when I try to manually update this morning:
Updates are available.
Fail : Update process failed for one or more datasets. Please check process log for more information.

(My e-mail seems to work now, though!!!)

I did the update to our server yesterday and did the daily updates last night and everything went good. So hopefully going forward, this is the end of the troubles. :D
