84944667 missing parts

Part 84944667 is missing one of the 3 pieces that should be in the box. The part should consist of a handle, trim bezel, and a backing plate. I have ordered over 30 of these things per PARTECH's request and every one of them has come in without a backing plate. Should you have any shelf stock now would be the time to check the contents of the box to make sure it is complete. I have many open cases on this issue, and as of this morning GM shows no stock on hand but there are a LOT of dealers that show the part in-stock on the locator.

PARTECH DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING. I ORDERED 1-84163361 AND 1-84163362 2018-2020 EQUINOX MOLDING IT CAME IN 84853274 AND 84853275 FOR 2020-2021 MODEL.
I THINK I PUT IN A RFI ON 3 OF THEM MADE CLAIMS ON 6 OF THEM . I REALLY THINK ITS THE SAME THING. I BELEIVE THAT THE 84163361 WILL CHANGE TO THE 84853275 AND THE 84163362 WILL CHANGE TO THE 84853274. PARTECH COULD NOT VERIFY THAT INFO . IF YOU LOOK UP A 20 EQUINOX IT SHOWS EITHER A 84163362 RH OR 84853274 RH. THE NEW GM GET USED TO IT.
