Trying to check on a part that hasn't shown up. Wednesday Peggy was contacting the distributor and would call me back. Never got the phone call so I tried calling DPAC this morning. Got a message that they had an issue with the phones and to try later. The message said to use chat. Tried chat and it's not available. Service just gets better all the time.
Ours has acted like it is timing out (Chrome), but the Comptroller has to use the Edge browser to submit eom & that gateway has been down for days.
UPDATE: The Comptroller was just told by GM, that he now must submit with Excell 32 instead of Excell 64, like he has been for at least a year. (At least we weren't the only ones because our DMS provider had already been asked before we verified with them!)
my head is going to explode......... any downtime for GM Global Connect should be treated with upmost priority from GM. Past order cutoff, haven't been able to transmit orders. SSDD with them... thankfully the old GM EPIC button still exists to check numbers.
