Thanks bsnyder. Had an OVN order they were freaking out on. Send it on EPIC. Thanks for the reminder.

And thanks for nothing GM. :cry: Maybe they focused their laser on the PC that must run the DCS.

You know what else kills me... View Order Status Summary, View Order Status Detail, View Quick Order Status, View Back-order Report, View Supplemental Back-order Report. Couldn't this all be simplified into one button.

Search Part Information, Locate Part, View Engineering Notes, Search Casting Conversion & Engineering Notes, GM Electronic Parts Information (GM EPIC). Same?

I started over thinking this when looking up a Enter a Bulletin/Campaign Number: or Enter a Document ID: If it doesn't work one the one side try the other. Wouldn't it be better if it only had one option?

EPIC WORKS AND THEN IT DOESNT

Did anyone actually get their order this morning if placed through EPIC? I didn't.

Still no answerbacks and order status summary doesn't even recognize the control number I used.

My order showed up in my DMS but never went through Global yesterday so I did not get my CSO order this morning.

Just had to reorder everything manually through Global and I will get it tomorrow. :shock:

I got my order placed through EPIC.. Of course I missed 1 part :evil:
