would have been awesome if GM would have sent a message to let us know that Global Disconnect was down for orders!

True, so I had a few OVN parts to order, so I went to EPIC and placed the order there. Then I went to order status and, oh look, there's 2 orders with the same control #. So the order actually sent in the DCS even tho was still showing in there.

Waited 6 weeks for a water pump for a Cruze diesel come in today. Broken front pully. Poor packaging. One sheet of bubble wrap loose in a very thin box that says made in Italy. That box was inside a GM box about 3 times the size bouncing around. Make a claim and try it again.

I tried to order thru EPIC, and couldn't even get the window to load. Thankfully I do 2 CSO orders a day, and it was a little one that was affected.

I might need to start doing that again. Not that we should have to do that but......

Hey Scott, I seen you send two orders a day. May I ask what DMS your on? I would like to do this but I am on CDK. Even when I use a different control, it still pulls my first order and duplicates it. Very frustrating, It's made it where If I have any OVN orders.. I have to manually submit them, then add the control through the PO function. PITA.

Does anyone on CDK has any suggestions?

Thank you - E

I'm on CDK, been doing at least 2 orders for years with no problems. Make sure you do different controls, but even that's not mandatory. Feel free to call, and I'll walk you thru how I do it, if you want.
