FYI, I just logged into Global on IE and could at least get into RIM and answerbacks... so at least I'm not totally dead in the water

Our warranty clerk gives us a daily report on what RO's have been paid. It shows what line(s) were paid and they reprint a copy of the repair order. We then mark the parts with the date they were paid. The reports I receive will show what was paid a few days prior, it is never in real time.
I would be very cautious when looking into Global Warranty and assuming all lines were paid, it might show paid, but is that ALL lines on the RO? Line 1 may have paid, but did line 2 or 3?

NOW OEC crashed and I'm in the middle of trying to send that special someone a f'n headlamp! They too, have buckled under the SPAC case pressure.

If you are having an issue with upgrading an order to a SPAC Case, please try upgrading your order using the Parts Workbench "View Order Status Detail Screen"



LOL has this ever worked for anyone?
Everytime i have tried i get the same message!
15020: The Back-order report with the order type CSO/VIP selected for upgrading to SPAC case failed to upgrade. Please try again later.
